The vessel is in good condition, the batteries are well charged and other than a quick cleaning and arranging things inside, she is ready to go sailing. The owner cruised just a few months ago and only decided to sell her recently due to health reasons.

The accommodation layout is a double cabin forward of the salon. 2 berths in salon used as seats at the folding dining table and the master cabin in the aft part of the vessel, behind the center cockpit. That cabin can be accessed either from the inside via a passageway on the port side of engine or via a opening in the cockpit. The head & shower is located just starboard of the companionway. Fridge, double sink and gimbaled stove/oven are located in the galley, port side of the companionway. described in a full survey, available on demand for interested party. also available on demand.
