1981 Tayana 37 most everything has been replaced since 2017. Located in Alaska $60k usd (bought for $50k put another $50k in)
Standing and running rigging 2017
All through hulls with groco’s 2017
98% all hoses fresh/waste/engine etc (few cockpit scupper drains remain)
Perkins 4108 excellent t running condition with recent refit (head, valves, main seal, front seal, damper, balmar 120 w/serpentine, stop solenoid, sea camp Hx, hp pump, lift pump, painted, engine mounts, new shaft, PSS shaft seal and cutlass - 2019-present (covid delay)
Isotemp hot water heater 2022
X4-6v gc2 house and all heavy cables (2018)

The bad: headliner needs to be replaced, aft intermediate chainplate knee replaced (2022) mid-ship locker needs to be finished. Thinking about replacing the other two before finishing. Have to finish nmea network (radar, chart plotter, radio & ais (if it ever ships) Rear main seal is leaking again after replacing with ‘new’ type seal (1/2q per 12 hours) canvas is getting tired but a few years left in it.

Reason for selling…not sure with the amount of money and work I’ve put in but if someone takes me up on it while I’m tired and pissy they’ll get a great deal. Contact for more details.
