For Trade: Trade land for 50ft-60ft trawler

We have 101.6 acres of land in southeast Oklahoma with value 250,000.
We would like to trade our land for a 50ft - 60ft trawler. Ideally we prefer a DeFever or a Grand Banks.

Mineral rights?

I'm sorry mineral rights are not included with the land.

We haven't put the land on the market yet but we will be listing it soon. We might be better off just selling the land and then buy a boat.

However we thought we would at least see if there was someone wanting to trade a boat for our land.

We've been looking at the older ladies... 1988 53 ft DeFever and 58 ft Hatteras long range cruiser. We are looking for a boat we can live on while we cruise to the islands.
