Looking for a trawler to buy, something like a Defever 49 RPH. Budget limit is $400k. Prefer southeast U.S. or U.S. Gulf Coast. Searching the usual forums and Yachtworld. Got a broker on the job as well. Give me a shout if you run across something that may fit the bill.

I found my boat searching So. Fla. Craigslist. You may find more FSBO/no-agent ads there, but brokers use it too. Pursuing a sale without a broker will depend on your comfort level. I survived it and felt I was a much better informed buyer than the alternative methods I'd tried.
