On all the Outbounds built, the hull and deck were not optional.

I suspect the OP means Hard Dodger. There really haven't been that many Outbounds built, there are few on the market as the owners tend to own them a long time. Even less were built with hard dodgers.
The Outbound 46 has the same hull as the 44, with about 12in more swimstep. So limiting your search to a used 46 with hard dodger is going to be tough.

You could add a hard dodger after purchase at a good yard or get in line at the factory for a new Outbound.
