Working boat or live on board boat or both.

For sale a 20.4 mtr Tourist Boat (Gullet ).
1.50mtr Beam, and 4.80mtr Width,
She carries 33 people plus 3 crew ,she comes with her own electric and water supply in the historic Old Harbour of northern Cyprus. The Harbour has a large castle which houses the oldest ship reck ever recorded .
Our boat is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
She is fitted with two cabins two toilets a bar area and a kitchen area plus a large storage area at the front. There are 29 cream leather sun beds ( brand new ) on board she had a refit in 2018 and a new engine in 2017 with photographic evidence, I have owned this boat for thirteen years now it's time for me to retire and pass her on, you are buying a boat with fixtures and fittings a long with her mooring . She comes with all up to date licenses for you to set up and start your own business. I will be on hand and help in any way i can. I think you got some decimal points in the wrong place.

One of my students, now a well respected pediatrican, did that. Gave his lab rat 1.0 CC sodium pentabarbital rather than 0.1 cc. The rat died happy.

In the UK Beam = width - in your case 4.80m
What you call Beam, we call Draft - in your case 1.5 metres.

It seems to me on a 20m boat, 1.5m is quite a shallow draft.

That is the meaning of both terms everywhere boat English is spoken, not just British English.

I see no real gear for true sailing, so a 5 ft. Draft may not matter. Looks like an excursion boat to me.
