My thoughts exactly. It's in the title. Shouldn't there be announcement of winner/winners?

I think it means December, 2015.

Just like last month that had Nov 15.

I didn't notice the title, I thought I read it in the rules.
But could have misread, I've been known to do that sometimes *blush*

Whatever it stood for, it has now become the December 15 / January 16 give-away
