Sailing Vessel grounded Culebra USVI around the 25.07.2024

While I was driving in my car two days ago I heard the Puerto Rican coastguard calling for assistance of any boats in the area.
A sailing vessel was grounded in Culebra.
What happened there?

USCG Sector San Juan is responsible for Culebra.
You could ask U.S. Coast Guard Base San Juan Public Affairs
Main: (787) 729-2381
After Hours: (787) 510-7923

A Coast Guard aircrew working with local emergency responders rescued an injured woman from Tórtolos Beach in Culebra, Puerto Rico, Thursday, July 4.

Thanks Gord, nothing there. So someone must have assisted without the coastguard needing to step in.

I just found this information following your link. Another delivery gone bust: They charge here 3000$ to 5000$ per passanger and I count about 30 people. None of them knows how to swim and this price doesn't include a life jacket. Maybe there is a business opportunity there for me?
