Update on Australian East Coast Weather

Those of you who became cautious about cruising the east coast of Australia because of the extensive bush fires and consequent low visibility and poor air quality can now put it back onto your cruising itinerary.

The fires are all out due to a widespread seasonal deluge and the air washed clean by the rainfall. The headlines are now full of overflowing rivers and creeks , stranded cars and folks wading down knee deep watery streets.

Since we go up and down twice a day anyway and all have dingys it's not a problem for us folks who live on the water.
