Many boats suffer grievous damage when rolled. The kind of modern construction--the liner built, glued together ones, imo, are more vulnerable to rogue waves than older construction, properly fiberglassed ones.

Glad the guys survived. It is peculiarly scary when you water coming in through your dorades.
