Ewof USA vs NZ

We live on a boat in NZ Wellington, The vessel is a Spindrift 43 - the yacht is/has a shore power 110 volt - this still powers the fridge- battery charger- and hot water cylinder - NZ marinas require an Ewof for the vessel- this is where it’s gets weird - they cannot test for 110volt? the former owner has installed 230volt power points that meets the NZ requirements and we use this daily however, it has been brought to our attention the boat not longer complies with the Electricial requirement in NZ - has anyone had this issue for American boats visiting NZ?
