need advice

hi all hope everybody had a nice summer and spent a lot of time on the water above and below i am still looking for my boat got to be the right size and price and thats hard can any body say anything about this one all comments are welcome thanks.

I no nothing about the design, but it looks nice enough. It looks like it has in-mast furling mainsail, which is not great in my opinion.

Here is a review of a Tanzer 10.5 - the reviewer says this boat is nearly identical to the Southerly 105.

thanks for that the one from boats.com is the same one a bit more expensive than the price i have from here but the more i see it doesn't look to bad for a single person to sail and has room inside enough for one anyway and thats all i want really to live and cruise around i know a bit about boats and motors as a master mechanic but for sailing boats not so much and what to look for thats why i am asking the pros. it has helped your replies just have to see it then deceid what to do thanks.
