Stockton sailing dosent allow motor boats but its a sailing club..

So besides the mirroring trail that 2 strokes leave wonder how the keep the wildlife from going in the water. The local government probably has signs up

I don't know why a bunch of "cruisers" would concern themselves with restrictions on a small inland lake.

Nope, never.

Sailboats are banned at my marina. Have been for years. It's not a marina policy, it's the permit they operate under. The government doesn't want the drawbridge (14' clearance) opening any more than necessary because it's on a very busy street.

So, it's not a precedent.
