Starting Out

Ive been around boats all my life and used to sail with my uncle on his catamaran when i was young. Ive had my eye on a 1981 33' cherubini with a 10.17' beam, and a 5.2' Draft. I,m just getting back into and look to sail out of Florida in the next year what do i need to prepare and any paperwork to do? I have only ever dreamed of this and im ready to break the chains and life free on the water can you help me make my dream a reality?

Going somewhere?!?!?!

Are you crazy??? It's dangerous out there!!!
This is all just to be safe at the dock!!!

If we were going somewhere, we'd have to get some serious safety equipment!!

If you're not safe at the dock you are at, maybe it's time to find another marina!

The last time I left the boat at a marina, it was stolen. Now, she's behind my house where I can keep an eye on her, as well as restore her.
