MCI Marina Split dirty industrial best spot in all Adriatic. But be aware MCI marina alow self diy job or you hire any company for your job no limitation. But dirty. For you be best pick corner spot/back from building for dry dock boat work. hundred different companies work here.
price 300-400€ month but not 100% sure, tomorrow I must go in MCI marina to go on the list to cleaning bottom.
lift price for 12m boat is by operation 100-130€, a crate for boat included in the price

Re: recommended dry berth in croatia

Technically best equipped Marina is in Punat on island Krk with a lot of dry berths. One of the cheapest will be Cres on Island of Cres which is just around the corner. Both places are awesome to spend few months there. Cheers

but you forget to say in Marina Punat.

1. It is forbidden in the marina:
perform repairs and reconstructions of the hull, deck, equipment and machinery on the vessel
outside the usual business; a service zone is provided for work on the vessel
) excluding the contractual subcontractors of Marina Punat d.o.o. and affiliates within the Marina
Punat Group, other natural and legal persons are not allowed to perform work on the vessel without
ID cards and without a valid power of attorney; The card can be obtained at the reception of the Yaht service with
payment of infrastructure use fee;
14) perform work on the vessel to foreign natural and legal persons; foreign legal entities
it is allowed to perform work on the vessel only within the warranty period upon presentation
warranty order for work, valid powers of attorney issued by the owner of the vessel and with the card
obtained from Yacht Service, after payment of the fee for the use of the infrastructure;
But for keep boat marina is nice
https://www.marina-punat.hr/opskrba-...ri/partneri/59

fee for work permit is 100€ per day per person/company sometimes this fee is also lot higher to 400€ day also maybe 10-50€ lower

I appreciate the link to Marina Punat. It appears they are a smaller boat facility for boats up to 10m in LOA.

Any reference for dry storage for a 15m sailing vessel?

Thumbs up Re: recommended dry berth in croatia

I would avoid Croatia - very expensive and very restrictive - Greece would be 25 to 33% cheaper for the same lifout out and almost no restrictions on what you can do yourself .Some Greek yards do limit outside contractors to their registered list of contractors ,but check conditions before signing . Lots of technical skills available , but the closer one is to Athens / Pireaus the better . If you need further info , just contact me .

Re: recommended dry berth in croatia

Which is a more expensive construction? My car parking lot down in the 3rd floor with 2m width and 720€/p.a x 2(4m) for a boat = 1420€

14m on the dock in crotia(Cres) for my 14m (What the hell does this matter?)

MONTHLY WET BERTH RENTAL

Cres 8 Month "winter" = 6588 hrk/p.m Summer: June to Sept. = 9336 hrk/pm

6588 x8 = 52704 + 9336 x 4 = 37344 = 90048 / 7,5 = 12.006 €/p.a.
What is cheap here? This is fraudolent and nothing else

but 15 924,--(The lists prices together) / 7,5 = 2.132,--
would be a price I can live with. I would accept 1800 - 2500 € max for a year's berth.(Otherwise I go elsewhere, even Brazil)

So I stay with it. Do NOT visit Croatia! Everything is at minimum 100 - 200% overpaid.

Again: An hour of an "master of" is usually 60 Kuna = 8 EUROS!
And the Marina Punat wants what? 100 € from him to be allowed to work?
This is 12 hrs work a day. So what do we exxpect him to chsrge us?

8+8 x2 = 32 € at minimum. I do understand him. It is NOT his fault but under these circumstances I would not waste money.

Stay off Croastian Marinas! Even Marinas in Greece, Preveza or Kalamata ar not really in an acceptable range. Maybe it is better in the Northern Aegean.
