BMS and Balancing

Please recommend a BMS and Balancing system for my 12 volt system.
I have 16 LF280 3.2v Lifepo4 cells 280 AH. I have an alarm for overcharging .At around 85% charge the balancing goes out by around 150mv until charge controllers are switched off. Advice please John

Have a look at REC BMS.

That said, if they get 150 mV out of balance at 85 % charge, then they must be terribly out of balance (or the 85 % estimate is totally wrong).
