Brand of LiFePO4

I have myself got experience with Sinoply and Winston batteries. Recently, I found an add with batteries from BLS power. They are prismatic, have an aluminum chasing and are blue. They seem to be cheaper than the mentioned brands and they offer to send them to Greece where I have my boat. (My other provider of LiFo batteries in Czech Rep. does not offer transportation to Greece, so I have a problem there.advice on that is appreciated) They are sold on Aliexpress under the following searchable address: NEW 3.2V 150Ah lifepo4 Battery 8PCS Rechargeable Lithium Iron Phosphate solar 24V150AH
I have asked for technical specifications, but not received anything useful so far. Does anybody have experience with these batteries?

Not directly, but they are a vendor members of many forums have reported (so far) satisfactory transactions.

I would not trust these "generic type" cells

They also deal in BMSs, and LTO as well as LFP.

I believe they resell CALB, which are right up there for top quality with Winston and Sinopoly, as well as GBS.

I personally think you should stick to those makers only, and buy as directly as possible,

rather than through resellers, who can pass off not only secondhand and counterfeits, but QA rejects (as if Grade A)

even with a robust testing protocol on arrival might be hard to spot.

Of course, if cheap enough a deal, and you'd be happy with short lifespan (under a decade) then might be worth taking higher risks.

Yes looks like you're looking at the no-name generic cells they also sell

If you do buy them or other off-brand examples, please do report back to the forums.

Re: Brand of LiFePO4

Hello nwm

did you proceed with the batteries form BLS?
I send them an email for specifications for the 280AH cell and i got the (rather extensive) pdf file in a few hours

on the second email, they claim that the price includes shipping and customs delivery in Greece

I am very tempted and i am now searching the web to decide if they worth the money and the time

send me a PM if you happen to have your boat at the Ionian Sea
