Lithium battery system problem. Help!

I inherited a lithium battery system when I bought a Morgan 321 a couple years ago. My knowledge is limited.
Normally to engage the lithium batteries and power up the system, I turn the main battery switch to the lithium batteries and push a contactor button to engage the contactor which completes the system.
My problem now is when I hit the contactor button, the contactor momentarily engages but won’t stay engaged. If I switch over to the backup AGM battery, the contactor automatically engages and stays that way. It doesn’t have a contractor button.
I’ve replaced a relay and the ECPC 404 intelligent meter and still have the problem. I’ve included the schematics that came with the boat. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you measured the battery voltage? If it’s outside the 10-14,6 envelope that is specified it should disengage as I read the drawing

Looks to me like your JLD404 is either defective or not setup properly. If you don't have manual on it, you can find online.
