Access to Spain and Portugal for a sailor with a US Passport

Hello All, I've been in England, quarantined, sailed to Gibraltar, and am now finalizing some work on the boat. I will eventually end up in the Caribbean this winter even if only USVI/Puerto Rico.

I wonder, have any sailors been granted access to Spain or Portugal anchorages, or marina's....... if they hold a US only passport, but have been living in English/British Territories and will be leaving an English/British Territory?

Any information would be helpful.

I'm sure many will say I'm crazy for cruising at this time, I'd simply rather be on the water trying, than hold up in a house waiting for the world to return to normal . This is our new normal...

Really appreciate all helpful feedback.
