So I am left wondering if he "the safest person on the planet" had to quarantine himself for 14 days upon his arrival to Victoria, B.C.

The plan is to pull into town quite late -- too late for this one. But I'll be in the city for about a week, and then back down south. We're shuttling between properties so as to maintain proper physical distancing.

Destination - are we all sailing to the same destination - with many taking different tracks based on forecasts given by "experts" - but in the end will all arrive at the same place at different days.
