12 day one way charter Mykonons to Santorini

We are chartering a lagoon 39 for a one way charter from Mykonos to Santorini. 12 day charter with a captain. 3 (50's -60') couples all experienced sailors. Starting on August 26. Never been there. Itinerary's are hard to find. Just looking for must do's on and off the water. Places we should spend a couple of days. Provisioning in Mykonos and along the way. We all love to snorkel and dive. Some of us hiking. Some of us like to explore by scooter. We love good food and wine. Usualy in bed by 10pm. We are thinking about staying 2-3 days at both ends. Any info/thoughts would be great.
