Too many to list. You need to buy a pilot book either Rod Heikell's "Greek water pilot" (as mentioned by Jaques) or better still "Greece sea guide" (Eagle ray) written by Nicholas Elias this publication is very comprehensive and includes all the charts that you are likely to need .It is expensive but excellent value for money.
