Boat Insurance in Italy

Pantaenius just sent me a notice of insurance non-renewal for 2020. We have been with them since 2010 without any claim ever. Our boat is in a marina in Sicily while we are home in Charleston, SC for medical reasons.
Can anyone help me find an insurance company in the US or in Europe which would be willing to insure us in 2020? Our boat is a Westerly Corsair from 1984 in very good shape but it has not been surveyed since 1999 and I can't get a new survey while the boat is in Sicily .
