The Balkan region is a geopolitical and cultural region of southeastern Europe with which Moldavia has nothing to do and only a small part (6%) of Romania only geographically has. Believe me, Prince Charles who publicly claimed that he is a descendant of Count Vlad the Impaler (also known as Count Drăculea meaning Son of the Dragon) has nothing to do with the Balkan peoples.
