Can Greek harbour fees be different depending on your flag state?

I have recently been told that Greek harbour / marina fees can vary if you are a British flagged vessel versus a European flagged one. (apparently this isn't a recent / Brexit change)

As I am in the process of purchasing a boat that will be based full time in Greece and trying to decide on the best flag, this is of concern / interest!

Have you any experience of this being the case? It's not something I have ever experienced.

No this is not the case for harbour fees , charter boats get concessions in some places but there is no issue in relation to harbour or marina fees.

There is a transit log requirement and you Kay the Tepkai cruising tax currently €8 per metre per month for boats 12m + or €33 a month for under 12m

I think the transit log requirement has been removed for U.K. boats

only if they can proof they were in the EU on Brexit date.

there is a difference between municipal ports (+/- 8EU/night) and commercial ports. More and more municipalities sell or lease their ports to commercial parties to get a more secure cashflow.

Indeed, but commercial don’t differentiate by nationality either
