Croatia Is Great for Cruising

Two friends and I went on a sailing holiday in Croatia last summer and were surprised by how beautiful, pleasant and easy it was to sail there.

We are going to deliver our new Dehler 36 from Slovenia to Turkey this July.Looking at your pictures the weather was very calm.Was it always calm or wind picked at a certain time of the day?How was your overall impression sailing in Crotia?

The wind picked up a little in the middle of the day so we were able to cruise the Sunsail Oceanis 411 at around 7-9 knots. But in the sheltered waters we never had big waves. We had 2 short showers with thunder and lightning in 7 days.


We started and ended our cruise in Rogoznica.

The overall impression was: MARVELLOUS
