Dry Storage Near Rome

Hi All:

I was wondering if anyone knew of dry storage for a 9.8 meter (33') boat somewhere within a hundred miles of Rome? I have been quoted $350 Euro a month + vat and was wondering if that was the going rate or if I could expect to find something cheaper. I don't need any amenities I am just looking for a safe place for the boat.

If you know of something further away let me know but the idea is to sail back to Rome for a visit the following year.

I have found a website that gives some information on boat storage in the area of Rome. The prices are dated but it does give contact information so that I can update the prices.
