Itinerary from Sibenik (Skradin) for 6 days

I am chartering a cat in Skradin, Croatia (near Sibenik) for a week on September 9. There are two common routes: North (Kornatti) and South (Hvar, Vis, etc).
My understanding is that the south route will be more interesting since none of people but me been there.
What would you recommend as optimal route? I hope to get the cat early enough on Saturday that I can get to the sea entrance in Sibenic and continue on Sunday morning (or I might go all night to Hvar area). Have to return on Friday by 6pm, so I have 6 full days.
I guess the main points would be Hvar, Vis, blue cave but how to combine them in the best itinerary? Would including Korcula be too ambitious?

Would it make sense to go all night to Lastovo or Korcula and then spend days moving back towards Sibenik?

It really depends on your and your crew’s preference. Are you looking for konobas, shops and a few historic places to visit, or solitude and nature? Kornati National Park has been my choice the times I went sailing in that area, but I prefer solitude to chaos… YMMV.

For nature and solitude I sail in Caribbean. In Europe I prefer historical places. My question was not north vs south but to sail south in the optimal route
