Lisbon day/weekend sailing?

Hey folks, we are staying in Lisbon for a few days end of May, and our hosts were wondering about taking a couple of days sailing. They know people in the area who can lend us a boat.

Does anyone know the area/the Tagus? Looks like if we're just doing a day, we can head along to Caxias in the morning, lunch there and come back... but are there any particularly nice spots in the estuary/elsewhere that might make it worth spending a night or two on the boat, not just doing a day sail?

Cascais is very nice and has a secure anchorage. You can't just anchor anywhere on the Tagus. If you have a few days you might sail south to Setubal but the entrance is supposed to be tricky and you may be draft limited.

Unfortunately the boat we wanted to use isn't available now... so we are looking to charter something, but really getting a bareboat yacht for just a day or two is almost impossible. Sad times!
