Monaco to Tarragona, Spain- In January

Hello All, Looks Like the great deal on a residents berth has come to an end and to move to the marina berth seems like half the value of my boat! so I'm looking for somewhere "reasonable" ( am I serious !! ) local or it's a passage in January.
I'm trying to find some historical weather data and any experiences from you guy's out there
