Re: New limassol marina cyprus

Yes, there is an excellent brewery in Limassol - Keo!

At least this marina is being built - unlike the one planned for several years in the Coral Bay region of Paphos.

Cyprus is a handy place to visit when voyaging between the Aegean and Turkey and Lebanon, Israel and Egypt.

Limassol has good services and chandleries. New marina is not exclusive to super yachts or the well off, but there is a waiting list, so I keep reminding them I am seriously interested (latest price is just over half the original quote).

Re: New limassol marina cyprus

The staff at Limassol Marina told me yesterday that the marina was not yet open for business , although the Camper&Nicholson (they manage the marina) web site indicates that they have already welcomed their first boat.

Does any one have first hand experience with it? Are they open or not?

I also heard that they do not yet have entry facilities, so must check in at St Raphael first -but problematic because always full- , or Larnaca

Re: New limassol marina cyprus

I heard again from the Limassol Marina folks yesterday. They told me that if you already have your entry papers (can get at either Larnaca or Limassol St Raphael), then they will welcome you in the marina, but they warn you that there is still construction going on for the time being.
