Not Sure if this Is the Right Place...

but wanted to share some wonderful weather we have had in the Solent today.

Warm but wet and misty all day.................and the weather was rather autumnal too. !!

I was on a 10m power boat, the yellow ferry is one of the red funnel that runs from Southampton to Cowes, When IKIA opened in Southampton, they painted the ferry as a publicity stunt, its known now as the flat pack ferry.

That was exceptional weather for the area for this time of year. its back to normall, wet drizzle, overcast and windy, very British weather again.

light frost on my car this morning as it was a clear night and now a bright clear morning.

I think we are loading up the car next week and driving south through France, catching the ferry at Marseilles for Porto Torres. Should be so pretty in France with all the autumn colours.
