Recommendations for 12m/40' berthing in or near Athens?

Hello All,

We're trying to find a marina near Athens to berth our 12m/40' sailboat for 12 months. We want to be close to the city for various reasons.

All the marinas we found and requested availability from have either been full or not catered for boats our size.

Would anyone have a suggestion for a marina that would take us?

The closest to the city is Alimos marina. It is quite expensive.
