Sailing Greece - 7 nights from Athens

Good day everyone.
I'm reaching out to get some insights and ideas for a sailing trip in Greece.
We are leaving from Alimos Marina on the second week of July - sailing a catamaran with 2 other families (3 total - 2 kids each / 12 people).
I'm building two itineraries: 1st option Cyclades (depending on weather/winds) and 2nd option staying within the Saronic Gulf.
For the Cyclades, here is what I thought/planned thus far:
Day 1: leave Alimos - overnight at Fleves Beach
Day 2: Sail to Kea / Otzias Beach
Day 2 (afternoon): Kea / Xyla Beach, then sail to Kythnos for the night (Kolona Beach)
Day 3: Sail to Syros / Armeos Beach
Day 3 (afternoon): Sail to Mykonos / Elia Beach, then sail to Ornos or Platis Gialos for the overnight stay
Day 4: Mikonos / Super Paradise Beach
Day 4 (afternoon): Sail to Paros / Agios Ioannis

Then, I'm trying to decide if I should extend the days a little more instead of hoping every day and maybe add Serifos on the way back to Athens.

It feels too much right now, but let me know what y'all think!

I appreciate the feedback.
Thank you!

Have you factored in the likelihood of having to return Northward against meltemi winds?

"When the Meltemi is blowing full force you won’t be able to sail in the Cyclades. Many Cyclades sailing weeks booked in July and August have been altered to an Argo-Saronic sailing tour."

What if you are near Mykonos and they pick up for several days? When they blow they REALLY blow.

Yes, that's why we have option 2 as the Saronic Gulf.
If the forecast is not in our favor, we will sail the Saronic Gulf instead.
