Advice needed...winter slip in Florida

I know there are slim pickings but any advice / direction would be welcome. I am looking for a " decent " marina between Palm Beach and Vero Beach to park my 42 ft sailboat for the months of December - March... 2021 - 2022. By decent I mean... safe, clean , well run , floating dock preferred but not a must and does not have to have all the " resort " type of amenities etc. I have been calling around and most say call back starting July. I will be living on the boat maybe only four weeks or so out of that total time frame. Thank you for any advice / direction in advance.
