Anyone in Panama (around Colon or Shelter bay)?

I'm looking around for my next cruising boat to take me over the pacific.

Are you around Shelter Bay Marina?There is a boat I'm a little bit interested in...would be great to have somebody's opinion about the boat.

Would be very grateful if somebody could take a quick look at it. Like general condition, if the sails looks ok etc. My plan is to Fly down to Panama, but if somebody could tell me a little about the boat first it would be great
