bareboat charter in TCI? (turks and caicos islands)

Would love to charter a cat in the TCI. Been to BVI and the Med a few times, but for kiteboarding this area is one of the best and would love to visit/tour.

However it seems the charter companies offering a boat rental are non-existent.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

The Caicos bank is very shallow and full of rocks / coral heads. It was a good stop when we transited from Tortola to Ft. Lauderdale, but not an easy cruising ground.

One man's opinion, but I think the TCI SUCK! I have had my boat there since December and am leaving this month. It is shallow, really no place to sail to. It is really expensive compared to Sint Maarten and Antigua. There is almost to infrastructure to support boats. I have been pretty disappointed in the TCI.
