Best Marina In Exumas to Haul-Out [and Hurricane Safe]

hi all.

am looking for a good [albeit, affordable] marina to put my 31' sailboat up for a few months from early Sept to early Nov to avoid any nasty weather.

anyone have any favorites? nothing fancy is needed, just a travel lift, ability to live on-board while I'm back and painting the bottom [$$$!], etc.

thanks!

Only one that I am aware of.
George Town Marine & Repair Ltd.; 242-345-5116; Master’s Harbor. 50-ton travel lift, haulout, storage. Note: Jan 2012, a boom truck can be rented by the hour for mast work.

I'm not aware of a "hurricane safe" haul out anywhere in the Bahamas.

Why not store it in one of George Town hurricane holes? They'll keep an eye on it haul to paint it when you need to
