Big 'Five-Oh' (50) - Where Do We Go for that Once in a Lifetime Sailing Holiday ?

We are having a 90th birthday celebration next year, me? well I am the big 50, she is a small 40 so we are looking for a special sailing bareboat holiday, I am experienced skipper she's very comp so possible Grenada area, BVI,SVI, looking for one or two suggestions where we can spoil ourselves for 2 weeks and have a once in a lifetime dream sailing holiday. I have sailed Croatia, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, many times and decided to go for the big one. Help and advice from your experiences appreciated.

For 2 weeks, once in a lifetime, I would go Tahiti if I could afford it.

If headed to the Caribbean, I'd do St Martin/St Barths/Anguilla again, nice sailing and diving, great dining ashore, lots to see.

BVI's are good, or how about a one way charter - St Lucia down to Grenada, taking in all the Grenadines?

G'day, mate. I second Troubadour's French Polynesia vote. Spent a month in Bora Bora once. 2nd vote would be for New Zealand. A bit cheaper on the wallet, but the water's a little cooler. All the best with the 50. Cheers.

BVI all the way!!! truly such a romantic, breathtaking place to be....fair warning though.....you may come back addicted, like myself and so many others!!! LOL!

good motivation though...currently working my bottom off to earn the money to go 2 times next year!!!!

so much to see and do...truly fills the senses!!!

Seychelles... or St Martin/St Barts/Saba/Anguilla circuit.... or the Azores for a unique cruising experience...
