I don't have any information for you re storage (except that a friend told me there were good tie-down facilities on the hard in Hemingway.
I can't see any answers to your query of Jan 2011. If you have any further info, I'd be grateful if you could let me know.

Try Mariel Hemingway Marina, near Habana. They won't have dry storage, but do have 24 Hr security.

Most all of the marinas have 24 hour security. You did not say whether you want to haul it or leave it in the water. If I were leaving a boat in the water, I would recommend Hemingway also. Chuck
