Re: Buzzards bay, pot question

We traveled through Buzzards Bay about this time last year. Nothing remarkable on traps. There are some, not that many as I recall. Advice given so far on canal transit is accurate - motoring only, and heavy current. Beware of wind against current coming out of the canal - very short and steep waves if that is the condition. Canal empties to the southwest and southwest winds are common in the late summer.
