You mean just plain BVI. To say "BVIS" is to repeat the word "Islands" (plural) which is already in the abbreviation. Sorry but it makes you sound like a first-time tourist off a cruise ship searching Tortola for the Soggy Dollar Bar. Same with the "USVIS."
