BVI-USVI-SVI Convenient places to pick-up passengers

I will be sailing trough all Virgin Islands, picking and letting off crew members during the trip.
Ideally, I would like to go to some location and get to shore on a dinghy, not enter the marina.
Can someone suggest where would be the best place to pickup or let go people on: Tortola, St. Thomas, Culebra, Puerto Rico.
The criteria is: most convenient to find a taxi/uber and to get to the airport.

Tortola is easy, the dinghy dock at Trellis Bay is just about a 100 yards from the terminal building. You can pick up a mooring ball for free in Trellis during the day as well.

I haven't picked up or dropped off people in St. Thomas, but in settled conditions I've been told that people use Lindbergh bay, right by the airport. The walk to the terminal is about 5-10 minutes depending upon the amount of luggage.

Thanks a lot! It turns out that in Tortola people will arrive on a ferry so, I guess, I can just anchor in Road Bay.

There is no really convenient dinghy-dock available at the ferry terminal. The most convenient with the shortest walk is the dinghy dock at Village Cay
