Try VIP, CYOA, Island Yacht Charters or Trawlers in Paradise - all located on St Thomas and listed in the ad section of Cruising World.

Also look into the Virgin Islands Charter League who represent scores of private owners.

VIP has everything from Hylas 54's to power catamarans and Island Yachts offer Island Packets.
