After ending a bareboat charter in Tortola and taking the ferry back to USVI, is a Covid test required for a vaccinated US citizen? If so, where does one get a Covid test in Tortola?

Charter is in May, so of course rules will probably change.

The Governor of the USVI announced as of today March 5th a vaccinated US citizen will be able to upload to the travel portal that record instead of a test result. I'd wait until all the official websites get updated to verify, but it's looking good.
