Evacuation assistance? Sister is stuck on Canouan, St. Vincent

Any cruisers in the area of St. Vincent, specifically the island of Canouan, who might be able assist in the evacuation of my sister and her girlfriend?
Stuck on the island, the airport is closed.
Only the big island is being evacuated, but the ash is falling where she is, some 40 miles south.
Both are Covid negative, both are willing to work on the boat and are willing to pay their way.
