Good Fla Marinas to live aboard part time

I am looking at a couple of boats in Florida and may choose one that needs some work. Can anyone recommend a marina suitable for liveaboard, with boatyard facilities in the south Florida area. What can I expect to pay for something in the 30 - 40 ft range?

Oh yeah, didn't think about overhead clearance. The boat I'm looking for will have no more than 5' draft too.
