Chris Cringle. My boat " lives" in Sint Martin (and has, off and on for 20 years). I have never been asked for insurance documentation. They could have added something since Irma but I have been in and out dozens of time and not been asked about insurance. The $30 covid insurance is new. The marinas always ask for insurance documentation, but not customs, immigration or harbor. I haven't been in our out since last years Heineken Regatta so maybe something has changed since then. I'm headed back down at the end of February to FINALLY relaunch her.
