I have stayed at Waterways Marina in Hallendale, (4 Bridges to Everglades on intercoastal). I spent 4 months there. I spent a year in Loggerhead Marina in Hollywood and I often stay at Pier 66 marina in FLL. Of those three, Hollywood is the best, but you need to pass thru three bridges to get to Everglades. Timing is 15 minutes apart. Pier 66 needs upgrades and especially in the electrical area.

Is this your 59' Bob Perry design from Jamaica?

If you want to avoid bridges, etc, completely, Miami Beach Marina is about 20 mile south of Ft Lauderdale, just inside Government Cut, and is a great marina. Not cheap of course but not really much more than anywhere in Ft Lauderdale, and anybody with that boat should be able to afford it!

Thanks sailors for helping me out. I ended up staying at Turnberry Isle Marina in north Miami. Nice place within lot of motor mega yacht. $2.5 per foot. I thought it is not a bad deal. I was tired and need to head back to BWI.

Yes, it was the one and only Perry 59. We sailed her from Jamaica.
