Pretty hard to miss! But then, people hit channel markers and the sides of ships. At least the blade tips are 130' above the water - charming picture I'm imagining of a large yacht with standing rigging tangled in the blades and going around,,,,around,,,,around,,,,around

Didn't notice a date when they were going to be installed. Until then they are just on the drawing board.
